Versatile Rapper KY Richy Reveals His Favorite Song From The Album ‘No Sad Faces’

Hip Hop artist and multi-instrumentalist KY Richy gives new details about his most recent album No Sad Faces, which is a 10-track record that includes songs like “Got Me,” “On the Clock,” “Pressure,” “Crypto,” “Change,”and “Slumped.”  

Richy confesses that “Slumped” has a special place in his heart. The rapper explains, “I would say ‘Slumped’ is one of the more meaningful songs on the album and a powerful way to set the tone for the project as I decided to put it first. I show everyone the drive I have and how serious I am about pursuing my artistry.”

With  lyrics like, “Just give me my music, my wife, and my son,” Richy sends the message: “I don’t need to hide anything about my life from my music to ‘be cool’ or ‘fit in’. I am committed to finding a balance between my personal life and my career, and I showcase how refreshing it can be to put these situations out there and be passionate about it.” “Confused,” “Home,” and  “Closure” also talk about time management and spreading his energy across all aspects of his life, including relationships with friends and family.

Ky Richy has just released the music video for “Got Me,” which is a fusion of R&B and Hip Hop. Produced by Makii and shot by Pod Dawg Studios, the clip features Richy boasting his many skills from riding a jet ski to playing an electric guitar.
