58 King Von’s “Grandson” album will be released on July 14
2023 will mark three years since the late King Von was shot and killed, while in Atlanta. At the time, the Chicago rapper had been gaining a major buzz for himself in the drill hip-hop genre. Prior to his passing, Von released his debut “Welcome To O’Block” album, which went on to debut at an number five spot in the US, on the Billboard 200 chart.
Meanwhile, Von’s estate released a new single last week, which was “Robberies.” Furthermore, they will also be releasing his second posthumous project. They took to Von’s social media feeds on Friday, to reveal that “Grandson” will be out on July 14.
The official cover art for Von’s Grandson album was also revealed, as one of his children is seen wearing his jewelry. This includes his “OTF” and “OBlock” chains.
Von’s last posthumous album came in March 2022, when his “What It Means To Be King” project arrived. That contained 19 songs, including collaborations with Fivio Foreign, Lil Durk, 21 Savage, Dreezy, G Herbo, and more.
