On Friday, Taylor Swift released her highly anticipated “Karma” remix, with Ice Spice. This collaboration was a surprise to many, as Spice’s stardom continues to quickly soar. Karma remix went on to appear on Swift’s “Midnights (Til Dawn Edition)” deluxe album, on Friday, as well.
In addition to the Karma remix being released, Swift and Spice also released the video for this collab. These visuals have already amassed over 7.7 million YouTube views.
Meanwhile, the streaming numbers for Swift and Spice’s Karma remix is also posting huge numbers. According to Chart Data, Spice earned the biggest streaming debut for a female rapper in global Spotify history.
On the same day of Karma remix’s release, Swift also brought out Spice on stage, to perform the song for the first time. That was done at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, NJ. Swift is currently on her “Eras” Tour, which has been selling out stadiums, worldwide. Fans who don’t have tickets to these concerts even decide to hang out outside the venue, which has since had law enforcement telling them to not to come, if they don’t have tickets.
