Dave East announces “Fortune Favors The Bold” album

Dave East has been one of the east coast’s most impressive lyricists, over the past decade. The Harlem native initially signed to Def Jam and Nas’ Mass Appeal record label in 2014, and has since delivered some very solid projects.

In 2019, East went on to finally deliver his debut studio album, which was “Survival.” That project contained 20 tracks, including plenty of star-studded features from Teyana Taylor, Lil Baby, Gunna, Nas, Fabolous, Max B, and more. As a result, Survival went on to see a number 11 debut in the US, on the Billboard 200 chart. East’s last project was “Book Of David” with DJ Drama, last November.

Meanwhile, East’s second studio album is finally arriving this month, as well. He just took to his social media feeds to announce that “Fortune Favors The Bold” will be arriving on July 14. Furthermore, East revealed the official tracklist and cover art, as the back of it features a photo of him with his grandma in 1991.

On Fortune Favors The Bold, East will release 24 songs in total. Coi Leray, Ty Dolla $ign, Tyga, Cordae, Jadakiss,nStacey Barthe and more will also be featured. Production is handled by frequent collaborators Mike N Keys, Mike Will Made-It, and more.
