Ariana Grande Shares Her 'Quaran(rou)tine' to the Tune of 'My Favorite Things'
Ariana Grande‘s “7 Rings” may have put a rich girl’s twist on Oscar Hammerstein II and Richard Rodgers’ “My Favorite Things,” but her latest take on the classic follows a social distancing theme amid the coronavirus crisis.
“hair masks and hot baths and exfoliation / zoom chats and board games, guided meditations,” she wrote in a screenshotted note on Thursday (April 9). “learning to beat my own face decently / these are some steps of my quaran(rou)tine.”
“sung to the melody of ‘my favorite things’ written by Oscar Hammerstein II and Richard Rodgers (i’ll leave them alone soon, promise),” she captioned the post, before tagging a number of friends including Tayla Parx Victoria Monet and Liz Gillies to share what they’ve been up to and write their own verse of the “Quaran(rou)tine.”
