Kim Kardashian May Seek Full Custody Amid Kanye West’s Rants
Kim Kardashian is reportedly at her breaking point with Kanye West’s online behavior and is now considering taking full legal custody of their four children, North, Chicago, Saint, and Psalm.
According to TMZ, Kim has endured Kanye’s public outbursts for years, but his latest social media rants may have pushed her too far. The situation escalated after a dispute over their daughter North’s involvement in his music.
On Friday, March 14th, Kanye, Kim, and their legal teams held a mediation regarding his song “LONELY ROADS STILL GO TO SUNSHINE.” Kim opposed North being featured on the track, and since their divorce settlement grants them equal decision-making power for their children, Kanye initially agreed to remove her vocals.
However, he later uploaded the version with North to Twitter (X) anyway, declaring, “THE MAN MAKES THE FINAL DECISION.” This led to a heated tirade against Kim and her family.
“I DONT WANT TO JUST ‘SEE’ MY KIDS. I NEED TO RAISE THEM,” he wrote. “ALL THESE RIGHTS HAVE BEEN TAKEN FROM ME BY THE KARDASHIAN MOB HULU AND DISNEY AND THE BIGGER AGENDA TO USE THE SELECTIVELY BRED BLACK CHILDREN TO BE PLATFORMS TO INFLUENCE BLACK PEOPLE.”
Despite rarely seeing the kids and having minimal involvement in legal decisions, Kanye’s unpredictable actions are making Kim reconsider their custody arrangement. She reportedly wants her children to maintain a relationship with their father but is “seriously considering” taking full legal custody for their safety.
