Normani to Release New Single ‘Fair’ Later This Month

Normani has announced that “Fair,” her second single from her debut album, will release on Friday, March 18. 

The announcement arrived with a 12-second preview of the new song, where she stuns in an icy cross necklace and bears her melanin skin.

“Fair” will follow Normani’s hit single “Wild Side” featuring Cardi B.

The Aaliyah-inspired track, often considered her breakthrough single to this point, remains a mainstay in the top five on urban radio. 

The gold-selling single previously topped this chart in early November 2021, marking her first leader on this radio format. 

Grammy winner Kaytranada lent his production talents to a special “Wild Side” remix weeks after its chart-topping achievement. 

During a Ciara-hosted segment of The Ellen DeGeneres Show before year-end, Normani revealed that her debut album was “almost done.”

The LP is expected to arrive via Keep Cool/RCA Records sometime later this year. She was previously in the studio with mega-producer The-Dream.
