Ye Shows Off ‘New Teeth’ in Super Bowl Ad Amid Twitter Meltdown
Ye, previously known as Kanye West, who made headlines last week with comments like “I’m a Nazi” and “I love Hitler” on his deactivated X account, appeared in a commercial promoting his Yeezy brand during Super Bowl LIX in Los Angeles.
According to Variety, the ad featured Ye stating that he filmed it on his phone after blowing the budget on his “new teeth,” and it aired exclusively in the Los Angeles market, not nationally. The dental focus in the ad has led some to speculate it might hint at his past nitrous abuse allegations. Although various items had been available through the YZY website, including merchandise linked to his upcoming Bully album, as of now, only one item—a controversial swastika shirt—remains on sale.

Ye’s Latest Outrage: From Hitler Praise to Diddy’s Legal Woes
This marks another time Ye has aired a commercial in a specific Super Bowl market, continuing his pattern of controversial rhetoric often deemed dangerously antisemitic.
The “I love Hitler” incident from last week isn’t even the first instance he’s openly praised the Nazi dictator responsible for the deaths of six million Jews during the Holocaust. Meanwhile, Ye has openly supported Diddy on social media amid the founder’s ongoing trafficking and racketeering case, once stating on X that he had “hit women before.” He offered no further details but used an image from Diddy’s 2016 assault on Cassie to promote merchandise.
Ye’s days-long rant on X also referenced the late Virgil Abloh, with the rapper posting “F*** Virgil” twice. Regarding the current status of Ye’s account, it’s unclear whether he deactivated it himself or if the recent controversial posts, including explicit content, prompted the platform’s intervention. The absence of a “suspended” label hints that Ye may have chosen to take it down.
