Silk Sonic Announces 2022 Las Vegas Residency
45 Silk Sonic has announced their Las Vegas residency at Dolby Live at Park MGM.
The duo, composed of Anderson .Paak and Bruno Mars, will kick off their 13-date residency on Feb. 25. They will wrap up their stint of shows on April 2, just in time for the 64th Grammy Awards, which airs on Sunday, April 3, live from the MGM Grand Garden Arena.
“The terms are locked and Vegas might not ever be the same Jack!! You’re invited to the hottest show in Sin City,” .Paak wrote on Instagram.

Pre-sale begins on Jan. 19, at 10 a.m. PST. Tickets will go on sale to the public on Friday, Jan. 21, at 10 a.m. PST. They can be purchased on Ticketmaster.
As mentioned above, Silk Sonic’s residency concludes the night before Music’s Biggest Night. Their smash single “Leave The Door Open,” co-produced by D’Mile and Mars, is nominated in multiple categories, including Record of the Year, Song of the Year, Best R&B Performance and Best R&B Song.
“Leave The Door Open” is lifted from Silk Sonic’s debut album, An Evening With Silk Sonic, which dropped last November. It debuted at No. 2 on the Billboard 200 with 104,000 equivalent units sold in the first week.
The album, which includes Silk Sonic’s latest hit “Smokin Out The Window” and “Skate,” ranked at No. 3 on Rated R&B’s 30 Best R&B Albums of 2021.
