Normani Kordei Performs Destiny’s Child’s ‘Bootylicious’ on ‘Lip Sync Battle’

Are you ready for this jelly? Normani Kordei lives out her dream playing Beyoncé in an upcoming episode “Lip Sync Battle.”

In order to duke it out with her Fifth Harmony sisters Lauren Jauregui, Ally Brooke, and Dinah Jane, Normani chose to perform “Bootylicious” by Destiny’s Child.

A preview clip shows Kordei dressed up as Queen Bey, in the classic pink bodysuit, with a “Booty” pendant around her neck. She shows f her moves and even knocks a group guys out with her twerk.

“I remember watching ‘Bootylicious’ in my grandma’s living room,” she said. “In front my grandma. My grandma twerks with me. It’s fine. Thank you ‘Lip Sync,’ for making my dream come true. I got to be Beyoncé for a day.”

But Normani’s competition is stiff. In the episode, Ally takes on Selena and Jennifer Lopez, Lauren channels Amy Winehouse, and Dinah personifies Dwayne Johnson’s Maui from Moana.

The Fifth Harmony edition “Lip Sync Battle” premieres Feb. 1 at 10 p.m. on the Paramount Network.
