LeToya Luckett and Kierra Sheard-Kelly to Star in Lifetime Movie ‘Line Sisters’


Lifetime continues to expand its programming with original films. The network has announced Line Sisters starring LeToya Luckett, Kierra Sheard-Kelly, Ta’Rhonda Jones, and Drew Sidora. It is set to premiere in winter 2022.

The Tailiah Breon-directed thriller follows four Alpha Beta Omega Sorority sisters who reunite at a Black Greek Weekend celebration at the Outer Banks. Fifteen years prior, their dean of pledges died mysteriously. When they arrive at the Outer Banks, the past begins to haunt them as strange things happen to each one of them. Will the deadly secret tear them apart? You’ll have to watch to find out.

Line Sisters on Lifetime

Luckett went to Instagram to share her excitement about her role. She wrote, “Y’all!! Truth be told, I’m a scaredy-cat 😫 I don’t do horror films, BUT THIS?!? After reading the script I felt it was very necessary & when you see this movie…you’ll understand why! Me & my sisters @kierrasheard @tarhondajay & @drewsidora had THE BEST time on set filming this movie!! Can’t wait for y’all to see it! I’m SUPER excited for this.”

Sheard-Kelly added, “I really don’t know what God is up to but I’m super thankful and down for the ride! I’m super thankful for the directors/ producers/ network/ managers/ everyone who agreed to include me for the opportunity! Ya girl is in another movie! 🎥 🍿 and it’s a thriller!!!! Haaaaaa! In addition to Line Sisters, Lifetime has other films coming down the pipeline. The movie series Highway to Heaven starring Jill Scott will air on November 6.  Single Black Female, a thriller that stars Amber Riley and K. Michelle, is set to premiere in winter 2022.
