Kelly Rowland Channels Y2K, Rocks Signature Red Bob In New Lancôme Campaign

On Friday (May 16), Kelly Rowland jumped on Instagram to announce she’s partnering with Lancôme for its latest campaign.

The French beauty brand is preparing to relaunch its iconic Juicy Tubes High-Shine Lip Gloss. The Grammy-Award-winning singer channeled the Y2K aesthetic and decided to pay homage to her signature, red, bob with flipped ends.

The brand launched Juicy Tubes in 2000, becoming an instant staple for makeup lovers. The new campaign works in celebration of the popular product’s 25th anniversary.

The lineup will include several new and original shades including, “Pure,” “Spring Fling,” “Miracle,” “Marshmallow Electro,” “Magic Spell,” and “Hallucination. Method Man And Kelly Rowland To Star To Amazon MGM Comedy ‘Relationship Goals’

In other news, Kelly Rowland will be co-starring with Method Man in a new romantic comedy, Relationship Goals, reports Deadline.

The film, which is based on Michael Todd’s New York Times bestseller, Relationship Goals: How to Win at Dating, Marriage, and Sex, will be released on Amazon MGM Studios. Todd’s viral sermon series spent 13 weeks on the bestseller list and debuted at No. 1 on Amazon. Linda Mendoza, who worked on the sitcom series Harlem and Survival of the Thickest, is set to direct the project.

According to the description, Relationship Goals “is a funny and inspiring romantic comedy on finding lasting love and sustaining a healthy relationship at every stage of courtship.”

Rowland’s acting credits include starring in Netflix’s Tyler Perry film Mea CulpaThink Like A ManFreddy vs. Jason, The Curse of Bridge Hollow, and produced and starred in Merry Liddle Christmas Baby. Additionally, she guest starred in several series including GirlfriendsEmpireAmerican SoulBeing Mary Jane, and L.A.’s Finest.
