Coi Leray & Trippie Redd Announce Pregnancy

Coi Leray and Trippie Redd have announced they are expecting their first child together.

The couple brought in the new year with a surprise announcement that the fans were not expecting. “I’m a rock star mommy 💋🥹 we ready for 2025 🖤,” the rapper captioned a series of photos on Instagram where she shares the space with boyfriend Trippie.

Coi and Trippie, whose real name is Michael Lamar White IV, briefly dated back in 2019 and then rekindled their relationship recently August 2024. Coi revealed shes 4 months pregnant.

Following their breakup, Trippie appeared to address their relationship in his song “Leray,” with lyrics that include: “When you got with me, you were a genius/ Now without me you have to live life as an idiot.”

Coi discussed the track shortly after on No Jumper, calling the song “bulls–t.”

“At first, no, I didn’t like it. It was very like, what the f—, because I always thought we really had something outside of the music,” she said. “So I’m just like, damn. If you got something to say, let’s get together and you say that s— to my face….”

This will be the first child for both Trippie and Coi. Congrats to the couple!
