Claressa Shields Doubles Down On Legal Action Threat Against 50 Cent

Amid the ongoing online drama between Claressa Shields and 50 Cent, the professional boxer has doubled down on her threat of legal action. For the past several days, the G-Unit founder has continued to fuel rumors that Shields has cheated on Papoose (who’s also beefing with 50 at the moment), with Miami rapper Maserati Bud. Most recently, he shared a video from a blogger with the username @Gesiha305. According to the video, Shields has been involved with the rapper, whom the blogger refers to as 50’s “homeboy” for quite some time. She also shared a few photos of the pair looking quite cozy together.

“First, this situation started New Year’s when @50cent decided to disrespect me and Papoose unprovoked, which led to rap beef & Papoose dissed him,” she wrote in an lengthy X post on Mar.14. “Rather than responding through music like a true artist, he chose to make false claims about me and create a narrative suggesting that I had a sexual relationship with someone I have never been involved with in any capacity—no romantic or sexual contact whatsoever. Given his platform and influence with 38.9 million followers, now legal action is being pursued.”

Shields Threatens To Sue 50 Cent Over Cheating Allegations

Not long after Shields’ declaration, 50’s post seemingly disappeared. The allegations, which haven’t been proven true or false, appear to be just part of the fallout between Papoose and 50. Things kicked off when the Power creator shared an AI-generated image that face-swapped Shields and Papoose. In the caption, the Power creator not only took shots at the pair’s appearance, but he also claimed that Shields had cheated on Papoose with Maserati Bud.

Shields hit back at the wild claims in an Instagram Story post. She shared a screenshot of an AI-generated response to the question, “Can you sue someone for saying you slept with someone else?” The generator responded with, “Yes, you can sue someone for falsely claiming you slept with someone else through a defamation lawsuit…” Shields then seemingly threatened to sue the G-Unit founder, writing, “@50cent you getting sued, you can’t lie & put bodies on me,” she wrote.
