Chris Brown and Usher Electrify MetLife Stadium with Surprise Guests
Chris Brown and Usher brought their highly anticipated The R&B Tour back to MetLife Stadium on Thursday night (October 15), delivering a star-studded celebration of R&B and hip-hop featuring special appearances. This massive production, which has become a defining moment for the genre, saw the two Grammy Award-winning superstars return to East Rutherford, New Jersey, for their third performance at the venue following two previously sold-out shows in August.
Throughout the evening, the artists celebrated their respective musical legacies, blending decades of chart-topping records with the signature choreography and stage presence that have defined their careers. While both performers have built their own remarkable catalogs, the tour represents a rare opportunity for fans to experience two generations of R&B excellence sharing one massive stage.
A Night of Iconic Collaborations
One of the night’s biggest highlights was the lineup of special guests. The evening featured appearances from Shyne, Fabolous, Eric Bellinger, Mario, Tank, and Meek Mill, bringing together some of the biggest names in R&B and hip-hop across multiple generations.
Usher, whose career spans more than three decades, performed his classic hits such as “Yeah!,” “U Got It Bad,” “Burn,” and “Confessions Part II.” Brown matched that energy, shutting the stage down with hits including “Run It!,” “With You,” “No Guidance,” and “Under the Influence.”
The R&B Tour originally launched in June 2026, and the co-headlining stadium run expanded to 59 dates after strong ticket demand, with the production bringing both artists’ catalogs together in a nearly three-hour concert experience.
