Quavo Reacts After Offset Reportedly Shot in Florida

As previously reported, Atlanta rapper Offset was shot near the Seminole Hard Rock Hotel & Casino in Hollywood, Florida on April 6. According to early reports, Offset was transported to a nearby hospital and is currently receiving treatment.

“We can confirm Offset was shot and is currently at the hospital receiving medical care. He is stable and being closely monitored” says a spokesperson for Offset.

Shortly after the news began circulating, fellow Migos member Quavo appeared to react on social media. Quavo posted a prayer hand emoji to his Instagram Story, which many fans interpreted as a show of support and concern.

Social media has been flooded with support for the “Father of 4” rapper as news of the incident spread. Professional wrestling legend Ric Flair, who famously collaborated with the artist on the hit song “Ric Flair Drip,” posted a message of support online. “Prayers For Offset! Stay Strong!” Flair said, thanking the rapper for his contributions to his own career during their past creative partnerships. Other members of the music industry also reacted to the news.
