United Justice Coalition & Roc Nation Announce 3rd Annual UJC Summit

The United Justice Coalition (UJC) and Roc Nation announced that it will host its third-ever, United Justice Coalition Summit. The summit will take place at The Shed in New York City on May 30.

Along with panel discussions, the United Justice Coalition Summit will” provide valuable networking opportunities for attendees and remains open to the public at no cost.” 

Additionally, the event will feature an exhibition area for non-profit organizations to showcase their initiatives, programming, and resources to share with the greater public.

At past summits, rap stars Fat Joe and Yo Gotti, Fanatics CEO Michael Rubin, Spurs coach Gregg Popovich, CEO of the Martin Luther King, Jr. Center for Nonviolent Social Change Dr. Bernice A. King, Until Freedom co-founder Tamika Mallory,  author and professor Dr. Michael Eric Dyson, IMPACT Strategies CEO Angela Rye, CNN chief legal analyst Laura Coates, were among its guest speakers. 

Organizations such as the Alliance of Families For Justice, American Probation and Parole Association, Anti-Recidivism Coalition, Innocence Project, NFL Inspire Change, REFORM Alliance, Rehabilitation Through the Arts (RTA), and The Legal Aid Society have been represented as supporters.

A charitable organization, the United Justice Coalition (UJC) works across disciplines to raise awareness around key justice issues and the need for criminal justice reform. The group is made up of “an esteemed array of expert advisors that come together to strategically share resources, information and ideas to address challenges in our criminal legal system across America and to unify communities.” The UJC is committed to amplifying critical issues, leveraging support for on-the-ground advocacy and justice organizations, and advancing just legislation and policies.
