2021 BET Awards Performers Announced

Women in R&B will have their voices heard at this year’s BET Awards. H.E.R., Jazmine Sullivan, and Andra Day are set to perform at the ceremony.

Each lady, all nominated for an award or two, has new music to perform, either from their respective new projects or one-off singles.

Tone Stith, who’s recently released his FWM EP, is slated to take BET’s Amplified Stage, as well as Bree Runway.

Chris Brown and Chloe x Halle lead this year’s field with four nominations, including Best Group and Video of the Year. Sullivan and H.E.R. are vying for two awards each, including the Best Female Pop/R&B Artist.

Meanwhile, Day is nominated for Best Actress for her historic Globe Globe-winning role in The United States vs. Billie Holiday.

The 2021 BET Awards take place live Sunday, June 27, at the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles at 8 p.m. EST. Taraji P. Henson to host.
